All accounts start by signing up for the open free trial. The free trial lasts 14 days, includes all features and you can add as many users to your account as you need. No credit card needed.

If you haven't upgraded to a paid plan, your account will be redirected to the Billing page from which you can choose a paid plan to reactivate and continue with your account.

Expired accounts will be kept like this for 6 months, at which point, the account and all its data will be deleted.

DeviseOps uses the services of Stripe for automated payment processing, who accept most major Credit Cards.

User is a member of your team, who does work. That can be an employee, or contractor. Client accounts are not charged.

All prices exclude VAT or sales tax. If these apply in your region, they will be added to the subscription price and itemised separately on your invoices.

Monthly plans can be simply canceled and we won't charge you again. Unused months of an annual plan are not normally refunded.
